FIRETAC VOLT-2 Arc Flash Protective Gloves are purpose-built for electrical maintenance, utility and industrial work where specialized hand protection is required for potential arc-flash hazards.
The palm uses a reinforced tan leather construction with stitched high-wear sections across the main grip area. Additional reinforcement around the thumb and fingers supports frequent handling of electrical tools, maintenance equipment and industrial components while maintaining controlled hand movement.
The back of the glove features a grey protective fabric construction with tan leather reinforcement across the fingertips and outer edges. Black protective detailing separates the finger sections, while a reinforced black panel across the backhand provides additional coverage in a high-contact area.
The extended grey cuff provides additional wrist coverage, while the elasticated wrist section helps keep the glove securely positioned during active use. A metal attachment clip provides a convenient connection point for workwear or PPE equipment when the gloves are not being worn.
FIRETAC VOLT-2 has been independently tested by ArcWear in accordance with ASTM F2675, with a verified arc rating of 50 cal/cm². The applicable laboratory report is available to qualified buyers upon request.
